There will be a Bible Quest Committee meeting on February 20, 2010, at the Cornerstone Conference. The meeting will begin at 9:30am. Committee members need to email Sue Goins to confirm your attendance.
Here is a list of items to be discussed. Any additional items will be welcomed as well.
- Youth Quest 2010 and the cost for attending plus any information we need to meet registration dates, etc. Any rule changes for 2010?
- Staffing and training of BQ quiz masters, judges, scorekeepers for both TBQ & JBQ. Proofing the questions before tournament practice.
- JBQ/PBQ program: Is it working for your young people? You? Any changes we need to make? Should we continue 20 point questions for PBQ? Decline in the number of young people in this ministry and what we can do about it.
- Budget
- Concerns over the TBQ questions and what could be done to improve.
- Face book, Website and any means we can use to promote BQ.
